Sponsorship policy
Effective August 22, 2026. Last updated August 22, 2026. Draft Depot sells its own placements. Every advertiser is reviewed by us before anything goes live. We do not run an ad network, a tracking pixel, or behavioral ads. We do not run gambling, sportsbooks, daily fantasy, casinos, tobacco, weapons, payday loans, or adult ads. Payment is by invoice after we accept — we do not take ad money inside the app. Users can report a placement. 18+ only.
What this is
Draft Depot sells a small number of first-party placements (Home, Lab, Locks, Fantasy). A person at Draft Depot reads every request. If we accept, we send an invoice to ads@playdraftdepot.com. The placement is marked Sponsored and includes a Report button. It goes live only after that invoice is paid. We do not take advertising money inside the app, through in-app purchase, or through an ad network.
What we refuse
Sportsbooks, sports betting, daily fantasy that pays cash, casinos, slots, online poker, sweepstakes casinos, crypto casinos, tobacco, vape, firearms, payday or title loans, adult entertainment, and anything illegal to show to adults 18+ in the United States. The server blocks obvious matches. We can still decline a request that looks like those categories even if the words slipped past the filter. If it is not legal, it does not run.
Privacy
Sponsors do not receive your email, your lineup, or a tracking cookie. The same placement is shown to everyone in that slot. Clicks leave Draft Depot on a link we reviewed. We do not run third-party advertising cookies or a pixel. Advertiser contact details (business name, invoice email) are kept so we can bill and take the placement down.
Reports
Every live placement has Report. We review reports and pause anything that breaks this policy. Email ads@playdraftdepot.com or privacy@playdraftdepot.com if you need a copy of a decision.
